Hugged by the merging Westfield River and Windsor Jambs Brook, Windigo Wilds is an intimate riverside retreat beckoning dreamers, observers, philosophers and writers seeking inspiration and reconnection with nature. We strive to support biodiversity and stewardship. We believe the act of placemaking should be a collaboration between humans, animals, and ecosystems that ultimately benefits the vitality and longevity of each. We want memories made, but more importantly, we want people to remember; remember where we come from, our sacred interconnectedness with the land, and that life improves when we nourish our spirits in solitude.

In December 2021, she purchased 24 acres in the Berkshires with the goal of creating a sanctuary for connection, community-building, and skill sharing. You can find April reading, journaling, writing, practicing banjo, gardening or interacting with the plants and many winged and wondrous critters on the land.
